Congrats to Our First Grant Recipient!

The Evered House is proud to announce our first grant recipient!

Shaniyah Bernabela, a graduate of the Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University and a member of the Army National Guard was awarded $1000. Shaniyah is an actress, a writer and a budding film director who plans on using the funds to buy equipment for her next film. Shaniyah is also an accomplished violinist who turned down an opportunity to attend Julliard in order to continue her studies in film. Shaniyah is an amazing, accomplished multi-talented young woman who is going places, and we're happy to be a small part of helping her along her journey.
